About the role

In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings
- Support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
Requirements
Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision.
Qualifications
- Earn a base salary of $90,000–$105,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $15,000 signing bonus
- Experience in delivering and overseeing ABA therapy
- BCBA certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some in-person supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with families and clinical teams
