Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Oxon Hill MD

Move Up ABA provides in-home and community-based ABA services to individuals with Autism throughout Maryland. We do not impose minimum billable hour requirements — you control your caseload and schedule. You choose the cases that align with your availability and geographic preference.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete and maintain clinical documentation
• Analyze treatment data and make program modifications
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs
• Deliver parent and caregiver training
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience
• Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
