Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high‑quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. The BCBA will oversee the clinical direction of assigned cases, develop effective treatment plans, provide clinical supervision, collaborate with families and care teams, and ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with clinical standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs, including required in‑person supervision.
  • Monitor client data and modify treatment plans based on clinical progress.
  • Provide caregiver training and maintain ongoing collaboration with families.
  • Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and other members of the clinical care team.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to assigned cases.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Support positive and measurable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
