What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals
• Collaborate with families and care teams
• Complete documentation remotely
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance

Compensation

$84,000 – $101,000 annually (based on experience)

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Strong communication and clinical skills
