Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At Lighthouse Autism Center, clinical quality is held to the highest standard and we're looking for BCBAs who share this mission. You will design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy
• Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• Collaborate with the Behavior Treatment Committee
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Qualifications

• Experience with a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, ethical care

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay

Up to $105,000/year + quarterly bonus
