Overview
Lumiere Children’s Therapy is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their interdisciplinary team. This role offers a flexible, in-clinic and remote work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans
- Supervise ABA staff and provide feedback
- Conduct assessments and analyze data
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Support parent education and skill generalization

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
