About the role
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the BCBA develops, monitors, and oversees ABA treatment plans. You'll provide direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and case supervisors while ensuring quality, data-driven care for every client.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week (approximately 5 per day)
- Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians (minimum 5% for RBTs)
- Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned
- Collaborate with and train parents to support treatment goals
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in CentralReach
- Lead monthly PODS (BT mentorship) meetings to promote retention and growth
- Provide guidance and oversight to staff to ensure program integrity
- Review and approve progress reports, ensuring timely submission
Qualifications
- Required: Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
- BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

$80,000-100,000 Annually (DOE)
