Hybrid BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role

Aura Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with the Director of Clinical Services and a team of BCBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, and Registered Behavior Technicians. You will provide applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of evidence-based behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior intervention plans based on functional assessment data.
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented, collecting quantifiable behavioral data at regular intervals to evaluate behavior plans and goal achievement.
• Train clinical staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs, data collection systems, and necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
• Provide ongoing individual program oversight and conduct weekly supervision meetings with BCBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct monthly team meetings with all employees and parents/caregivers present.
• Provide consistent parent/caregiver training using various behavioral curricula.
• Direct and monitor supervisee competencies and performance.
• Maintain a billable caseload and document billable hours according to Aura Behavioral Health policies and state/federal regulations.

Requirements

• A master's degree and educational coursework in applied behavior analysis, child development, special education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA Certification in good standing from the BACB.
• A minimum of three years' experience working directly with children with autism and/or developmental delays.
• A minimum of one year of experience supervising RBTs.
• Experience addressing challenging behaviors, including aggression, self-injurious behaviors, and elopement.
• Fluency in administering and scoring criterion-referenced and norm-referenced assessments.
• Experience with Central Reach data collection and practice management platform (preferred).
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Pay

• BCBA Supervisor (0–3 years of experience): $82,000 – $90,000 annually.
• Senior BCBA (3+ years of experience): $90,000 – $98,000 annually.
