Responsibilities

• Ensure every plate, fork, glass, and bowl sparkles with attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized and efficient dish area and back-of-house environment.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen to protect food, guests, and team members.
• Balance Texas hospitality with efficiency in all tasks.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures and comply with state, city, and company regulations.
• Use knives and other equipment safely to execute necessary tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of steward or dishwasher experience preferred; high-volume experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand chemical uses and labels.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Possess a current Food Handler’s Certification.
