Company's Comin' and that means we need a team member who understands true Texas hospitality and knows that it extends to all areas of the restaurant - not just at the table. Responsibilities

• Possess a Texas-sized hustle paired with genuine hospitality
• Take pride in attention to detail to ensure every plate, fork, glass, and bowl sparkle and shine and every detail is perfect
• Maintain a passion for an organized and efficient dish area and back‑of‑house environment
• Understand the importance of a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and take the safety of the food, guests, and team seriously
• Balance Texas hospitality with efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred; high‑volume experience a plus
• Ability to read and understand chemical uses and labels
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Proper use of a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures, following state, city, and company regulations
