Responsibilities

• Possess a Texas‑sized hustle paired with genuine hospitality.
• Pay attention to detail to ensure every plate, fork, glass, and bowl sparkles and shines.
• Maintain an organized and efficient dish area and back‑of‑house environment.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen; prioritize food, guest, and team safety.
• Balance Texas hospitality with operational efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of steward or dishwasher experience preferred; high‑volume experience a plus.
• Ability to read and understand chemical uses and labels.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting at least 50 lb.
• Proficient in using a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Current Food Handler’s Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city, and company regulations.
• Participation in the E‑Verify program for employment eligibility verification.
