The Haywire & The Ranch brand is seeking a Host or Hostess to welcome guests like family during Sunday dinners. This position embodies true Texas hospitality, ensuring every guest feels at home.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a genuine Texas welcome
- Ensure regular and VIP guests feel at home
- Make first-time guests feel like VIPs
- Move with a purpose but never rush guests
- Highlight special occasions and celebrate with guests
Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess or relevant customer service experience preferred
- OpenTable experience a plus
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
