HVAC Truck Based Technician Team Lead Mechanic (union)

How You Will Do It
- A skilled craftsman in their trade with a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting, security & fire and /or mechanical equipment service industry.
- Interaction with customers, ability, and desire to help develop technicians, attention to detail while on site and in quoting jobs, scheduling, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position.
- Must be computer literate and tech savvy and can develop, close, and manage all types of quoted work.
Required
- A Mechanical Journeyman License
- 5+ years of residential / light commercial /commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience.
- Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Range
Pay Range: $49.69 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.
