HVAC Tradesman

About the role

Start your legacy in the HVAC trades with a structured growth path from Entry Level Tradesman to Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, and General Foreman. This role includes on-the-job technical training and support for planned maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Learn safety, tool use, and documentation the right way
• Support planned maintenance
• Receive, ship, and transport materials to and from jobsites
• Organize shop, equipment, and tools
• Learn and support managing inventory

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and focus on learning
• Clear and courteous communication
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Work Environment

• Union work, dispatched per local requirements
• Company vehicle and gas card provided for business use
• Company phone and corporate card for approved expenses when required
• Exposure to a wide range of HVAC equipment, including air and water cooled chillers, heat pump chillers, packaged and split systems, VRV/VRF systems, controls, pumps, and VFDs
