YOUR IMPACT & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with contractors, design-build firms, and engineers. Proactively uncover bidding opportunities and expertly influence project specifications to favor Plumbers Supply Co. solutions.
- Masterfully sell across our full HVAC product portfolio, including RTUs, VRF systems, IAQ products, and more. You won't just take orders; you'll provide value-added, tailored solutions that solve complex project challenges and drive market share.
- Perform precise equipment take-offs, develop competitive and compelling bids, and collaborate seamlessly with leading manufacturers and our internal teams to deliver accurate proposals and winning strategies.
- Represent Plumbers Supply Co. at industry trade shows and events. Actively promote our HVAC offerings and cultivate a robust professional network across the region.
- Partner closely with our Inside Sales, Residential HVAC, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and superior customer experience, from initial quote to final installation.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (OUR MUST-HAVES)
- A High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s Degree is a plus!
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the HVAC industry or a related technical field.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (you'll be on the move!).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an unwavering professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel are key).
- The ability to accurately interpret jobsite needs and translate them into effective HVAC solutions.
- A self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented mindset, comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
