About the role

The HVAC Service Technician position offers a competitive salary range of up to $45/hr base pay and an additional up to $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Install new HVAC equipment as needed
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC units
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC installation and/or maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment

Skills

• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools
• Knowledgeable in HVAC codes and regulations
