ERMC Aviation, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to develop and execute departmental and distribution goals, lead other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet timelines.
Responsibilities

- Handle multiple projects and daily activities
- Maintain and repair a variety of HVAC equipment
- Maintain plumbing systems
- Read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Work with hand tools and climb ladders safely
Requirements
- At least 5 years working in facility maintenance
- Good working knowledge of energy management systems
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and other mechanical systems and components
- Experience with both pneumatic and DDC control systems
- Experience maintaining and repairing a variety of HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of plumbing systems maintenance
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Good working knowledge of computers and common software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts with flexibility for variable hours, including weekends and nights
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- HVAC or EPA 608 Certification
- Current valid driver’s license and CFC Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must possess a Government ID and social security card
- Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge
- Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation
- Able to work in extreme conditions (hot/cold weather, small spaces)
- Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
