HVAC Technician – NO ON-CALL - CHOOSE YOUR SHIFT-

Responsibilities

• Go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated

Qualifications

• Qualified technicians will be sponsored for Journeyman license and NATE certification

Pay

• Up to $35/hour base pay ($48/hour with incentive pay)
• Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus
• Top technicians can earn over $100,000 per year
