About the role

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues in residential settings
• Repair heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated

Pay

Up to $35/hour base pay ($48/hour with incentive pay). Top candidates may earn over $100,000 per year. Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round work
• No on-call shifts
• Flexible scheduling with multiple shift opportunities
