HVAC Technician - Licensed

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to service calls and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used on service calls.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
• A valid HVAC Journeyman or Masters license and certifications as required by local regulations.
• A strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
