HVAC Technician - Licensed

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to service calls and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices
• Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used on service calls
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred
• Valid HVAC Journeyman or Masters license and certifications as required by local regulations
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
