HVAC Technician (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems across property, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with required standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and control system issues, including emergency repairs and advanced system troubleshooting.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, system cleaning, adjustments, and property inspections while maintaining operating logs.
• Respond quickly to service calls and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Adhere to safety and service standards, manage refrigerant handling and regulatory paperwork, and maintain inventory.
