We need to decide sections.
We have schedule info: "Full Time. 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Maintenance M-F with on-call rotation 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM". That's schedule. So we can create a Schedule section.
Pay: Not mentioned. No pay info. So we should NOT create Pay section.
Benefits: Yes, there is a Benefits section with many items. So we can create Benefits.
About the role: Could be the Job Description paragraph. Could be "About the role". We'll include that.
Responsibilities: Job Duties.
Requirements: Education, Experience, Certification And Licensure Requirements.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities.
Skills: Could be separate but we have Knowledge, Skills And Abilities; maybe we combine into Skills or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to include Qualifications and Skills separate if content distinct. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities could go under Skills. But we also have Physical Requirements And Working Conditions; that could be under Requirements? Or maybe a separate section like Physical Requirements but not in list; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate section not in list but we should only use those headings if content exists. The instruction says "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not exclusive. We could add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications. We'll incorporate into Requirements.
Vaccination Requirement: Could be under Requirements or maybe a separate note; we can include under Requirements.
Company Description: Could be About the role or maybe a separate "About the company". Not in list but we could put under About the role? The About the role section could contain both role description and company description. But we might separate: About the role (job description) and Company Description maybe as a separate section not in list but we could add a heading like "About the company". However instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge company description into About the role or maybe into a brief paragraph under About the role.
We need to avoid filler placeholder text. All content we have is substantive.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
