HVAC Technician / Field Service Technician (Merchandiser Technician)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform semi-annual preventative maintenance on all ice merchandisers.
• Respond to and repair in-store merchandisers during services calls.
• Refurbish all merchandisers coming from the field.
• Repair and maintain special event trailers.
• Create positive customer relationships with clients.

Candidate Qualifications

• Maintain minimum of level 1 EPA certification; HVAC license preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience working with refrigeration equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to use power tools.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving ability while addressing safety hazards.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
