HVAC Technician - Commercial Service

About the role

ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area and in just a short time, ConServ’s reputation for customer service and technical expertise began to grow in GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, and AL. We are the number one choice for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and those who prefer remote monitoring and control.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance

Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• On Call rotation is one week on and one week off
