Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial/residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components
• Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement)
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles
• Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of HVAC; commercial service experience preferred
• Possess a set of basic hand tools and an EPA 608 Certification
• Hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Clean driving record, clean criminal record, and ability to pass a drug screening
• Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops)
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day
• Maintain a professional appearance
