About the role
This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Determines general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoots malfunctions, and assesses necessary repairs
- Maintains a neat work area and ensures cleanliness after completion of each job
- Demonstrates a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving
- Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
- Maintains company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Clean driving record
