Pay
Starting at $24.00 per hour, based on experience | Shift: 10:30 pm - 6:30 am

Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Five (4) years’ experience in one of the following related maintenance fields: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, or Kitchen Equipment
- Advanced plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and general building repair knowledge
- Knowledge of Building management systems
- Knowledge of operations of Central Plant and emergency power distribution systems
- Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams/drawings
- Ability to read blueprints

Responsibilities
As a HVAC Technician, you will:
- Perform a variety of advanced journey level, lead and/or specialized trade tasks including upholstery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry kitchen equipment and general maintenance.
- Act as a lead worker for assigned shift and ensure assignments are distributed and completed.
- Provide advanced support duties to higher level management staff.
- Perform related tasks within area of assignment.
- Maintain buildings by performing major routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment and HVAC maintenance.
- Receive work assignments via HotSOS, execute assignments and complete work orders as directed.
- Notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment.
- Contact and coordinate work with outside vendors as directed.
