HVAC Technician

Seeking a Sr Journeyman HVAC Commercial Technician to install, maintain, and repair complex commercial HVAC systems supporting large facilities and energy infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on chillers, rooftop units, boilers, and HVAC controls.Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation through proper repairs and system optimization.Interpret schematics and technical drawings to support accurate service and installation.Coordinate with engineers and project managers and document all service activities.Mentor and support junior technicians.Maintain code compliance, follow safety procedures, and promote energy efficiency and sustainability improvements. Qualifications & Skills Journeyman-level HVAC experience with commercial systems.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex HVAC equipment and controls.Ability to read schematics and perform preventative maintenance.Knowledge of safety practices, regulatory/code compliance, and service documentation.Leadership capability to mentor others and collaborate with engineering and project teams.
