About the role

At Reed Restaurant Repair, we service commercial kitchens across the region. That means rooftop units, walk-ins, reach-ins, and make-up air systems. We're looking for solid techs who can handle themselves in the field, keep systems running, and grow fast with a team that has your back.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service rooftop units, walk-ins, reach-ins, and make-up air systems
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify repair needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Document your work and parts usage through our mobile app
• Stay organized with your van, parts, and inventory
• Collaborate with senior techs when needed

Requirements

• 1.5- 3 years of hands-on HVAC or Refrigeration experience (commercial preferred)
• EPA Certification required
• Own basic hand tools
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in restaurant environments
• Reliable, accountable, and ready to work independently
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

Pay & Perks

$70,000$110,000+ per year (Hourly + OT + Bonuses), depending on experience and readiness to run calls solo
- Fully stocked van + gas card
- Tools and uniforms provided (hand tools excluded)

- PTO begins after 30 days
- Paid birthday off
- OT available (but optionally your time matters)
