Under the direction of the Facilities Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Ensure a well-maintained, climate-controlled campus
- Support classrooms, labs, administrative offices, and student spaces

Working Conditions
- Indoors and outdoors work required
- Subject to inclement weather
- Strenuous physical labor including lifting, climbing, operating equipment, maneuvering in tight spaces, standing, bending, sitting, reaching, crouching, stooping, and kneeling
- Risks include injury from falls, burns, electrical hazards, cuts, and exposure to inclement weather
- Follow strict safety procedures

Pay
The wage range for this position is $33 - $38 per hour. The full wage scale for this position can be calculated by starting with the hiring range and increasing the wage three percent annually over the duration of employment. Increase in wages depends on approval of an annual budget and is not guaranteed.
Schedule
This is a non-exempt, full-time, regular position with a standard schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
