Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
Qualifications
- Professionalism and punctuality
- Residential and light commercial HVAC system service, repair, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
- Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job
- Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Wear floor savers while in the client's home
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean
