- Maintains, repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Determines general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoots malfunctions, and determines extent of necessary repairs
- Maintains a neat work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude and wears floor savers while in the client's home
- Maintains company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Clean driving record
