- Maintains, repairs, and services residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Determines the general condition of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoots HVAC malfunctions and assesses the extent of necessary repairs.
- Maintains a neat work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job.
- Exhibits a safety-conscious attitude and follows safe driving practices.
- Wears floor savers while in the client's home.
- Ensures the company vehicle is clean both inside and out.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry.
- NATE certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and technical competence.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
- Clean driving record.
