HVAC Technician
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems across multiple facilities.
Travel between various client sites within approximately a 40-minute radius to ensure optimal operation of all systems.
Maintain accurate records of system readings, repairs, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Monitor and coordinate with outside contractors, ensuring quality and cost-effective maintenance work.
Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean work environment, and identify potential hazards to promote a safe workplace.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, preferably in commercial settings
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between multiple sites as needed

Schedule
Consistent work schedule Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with some overtime and on-call responsibilities.
