What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and boiler systems
- Perform preventative maintenance across: Split systems (electric and gas), Steam and high-pressure hot water boilers, Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP), Fan Coil Units (FCU)
- Troubleshoot burners, flame safeguards, pumps, and control systems
- Review and work within building automation systems
- Complete service requests accurately and on time
- Partner with property teams to resolve resident concerns quickly and effectively
- Maintain inventory, tools, and detailed service records
- Support on-call emergencies (weekends and after-hours required)
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HVAC and boiler experience
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- Boiler + WSHP experience (Required)
- Stationary Engineer license (Preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read systems, controls, and technical documentation
- Valid driver’s license + vehicle (required)
- Own basic tools and strong safety practices
