Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and refrigeration units.
• Identify issues, determine repair methods, and execute repairs efficiently.
• Train new staff and oversee offenders’ work related to HVAC tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• A high school diploma or GED with at least three years of relevant HVAC experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current EPA certification as a Type I, II, III, or Universal technician.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, chilled water systems, and controls.

Additional Information The role requires the ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and ensure quality work. Management preferences include documented HVAC experience.
