Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight and actions to maintain chiller and boiler operations for the Building 100 campus.
- Manage chiller operations through use of Metasys, Optimal Energy and Siemens controls, through the use of software and local controls.
- Manage boiler operations through Boiler controls and systems.
- Implement power-switching and transfers to maintain electrical power to the campus.
- Service, modify, troubleshoot, rebuild, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and boiler and steam components and systems.
- Perform maintenance on and equipment in an industrial or commercial establishment in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform periodic inspections to locate and determine cause of equipment malfunction as well as conduct maintenance programs to prevent failure of such equipment as boiler, chillers, and support assets such as, but not limited to, centrifugal compressors, electric power and controls, evaporative condensers, pumps, fans, and heating equipment.
- Respond to after hours/ off shift issues
Desired Skills
- Universal Refrigerant license
- Read and interrupt and utilize Electrical drawings experience with electrical wiring
- Possess advanced mechanical aptitude, and safely use tools and equipment within facilities operations (including proper use of PPE)
- Possess and demonstrate abilities to cross-train in other trades to meet expectations associated with general maintenance principles and troubleshooting abilities
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be responsible for daily computerized work order input
- Demonstrate adherence to safety policies and guidelines and must demonstrate the ability to work off from ladders and elevated platforms

- Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
