About the role
The HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC systems using diagnostic tools.
- Install new HVAC equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
Skills
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
