HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Aid with general facility maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, building repairs, plumbing, equipment servicing, and general upkeep.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and HVAC-specific equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Requirements

• Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record.
