HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose system issues and perform corrective repairs in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with established schedules and safety standards
• Monitor and maintain building automation and control systems
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, codes, and environmental standards
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and system conditions
• Collaborate with other maintenance trades and operations teams to support park operations

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level HVAC experience in commercial or industrial environments preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of HVAC service experience required
• Refrigeration experience strongly preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and mechanical components
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required to support park operations
