HVAC Technician

Rowbel Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Tech to join our team. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.
• Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with VRF Systems and light commercial work.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• NATE certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms (preferred).

Pay

Hourly Rate: Up to $50/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay Range: $25-$50 / Hour
