HVAC Technician
About the role
We're looking for an HVAC Technician to join our Baton Rouge team. Responsibilities
- Assist project manager on various construction projects
- Assess property damage and create project plan
- Maintain current HVAC systems and equipment
- Identify AC problems and conduct repairs as needed
- Inspect ventilation equipment, do repairs, and clean out the systems
- Maintain safe job-site
- Pack various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
Requirements
- HVAC experience required - hourly pay would be adjusted per experience
- Relationship building/maintenance skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Personable with good communication skills
- Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
- Strong desire to learn and excel
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
- Must be reliable, dependable, and drug-free

Pay
$17 - $25 per hour depending on experience
