HVAC Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose issues, and perform repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
• Install new HVAC components as necessary
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools
• Experience with HVAC system installation
• Good problem-solving skills
