Job Duties
- Knowledge of contractual requirements and creation of schedules.
- Utilizes Tsheets timekeeping daily, logging in and out for lunch.
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.
- Maintains, repairs, and ensures all equipment is in proper working condition including HVAC systems, water treatment systems, and emergency generator systems and various other mechanical systems.
- Orders replacement items through purchasing, and works with vendors regarding repairs to existing equipment.
- SUBMIT receipts on a weekly basis to the corporate office for processing.
- ISSUE reports and summaries as required.
- Maintain appropriate records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
- RESOLVES clients' concerns, conducts follow-up calls, and makes onsite visit inspections for satisfactory job performance.
- CREATES estimates as needed.
- Familiar with RS Means.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years’ experience in the Operations & Maintenance of building operational systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression Systems, Environmental (to include Oil Water Separator Servicing) and Water Treatment procedures.
- Proficient with MS Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).
- Possesses outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range
$34.66 per hour
