HVAC Technician

Job Duties

• Knowledge of contractual requirements and creation of schedules.
• Utilizes Tsheets timekeeping daily, logging in and out for lunch.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.
• Maintains, repairs, and ensures all equipment is in proper working condition including HVAC systems, water treatment systems, and emergency generator systems and various other mechanical systems.
• Orders replacement items through purchasing, and works with vendors regarding repairs to existing equipment.
• SUBMIT receipts on a weekly basis to the corporate office for processing.
• ISSUE reports and summaries as required.
• Maintain appropriate records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• RESOLVES clients' concerns, conducts follow-up calls, and makes onsite visit inspections for satisfactory job performance.
• CREATES estimates as needed.
• Familiar with RS Means.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in the Operations & Maintenance of building operational systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression Systems, Environmental (to include Oil Water Separator Servicing) and Water Treatment procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).
• Possesses outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range

$34.66 per hour
