Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in occupied homes
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune‑ups on HVAC equipment
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC systems and components, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Install thermostats and indoor air quality components
• Troubleshoot airflow, comfort, efficiency, and system performance issues
• Conduct full system evaluations and clearly explain findings and options to homeowners

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation
• Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer‑facing environment
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
• Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)

USD $100,000.00/Yr. – USD $150,000.00/Yr.
