Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and determine the scope of required repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options clearly with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area before, during, and after each job.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safety-first mindset on the job and while driving.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional condition.
• Represent the company professionally through punctuality, appearance, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on HVAC systems.
• Experience servicing residential and light commercial equipment.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
