About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. Perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks on HVAC units.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and progress.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • At least 2 years of HVAC experience.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Skills

  • Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
