About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. Perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks on HVAC units.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and progress.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 2 years of HVAC experience.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
