Primary Functions

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and hands‑on experience in the repair of HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to compliance standards, and consistent delivery of high‑quality service.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent General Education Development (GED) Certificate
• Knowledge of acceptable maintenance procedures and understanding of occupational safety and health regulations
• Must have and maintain state HVAC licenses/certifications
• Must have a valid state driver’s license

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Install new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
