HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend solutions
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain findings
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends and on-call rotations
• HVAC Installation experience preferred
• Experience with HVAC controls and communication systems preferred

Pay

Posted pay range: $80,000 – $150,000 per year.
